Unexpected kindness from the staff
From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warmth, making our stay thoroughly enjoyable. The amenities were top-notch, especially the stunning swimming pool!
However, the noise from the nearby street made it hard to sleep at times. I wished for better soundproofing in the rooms to ensure a more restful night.

would book again
had a fantastic time in a Standard Twin Room. Loved the spacious setup with a comfy seating area, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom stocked with free toiletries. Breakfast was great, offering freshly baked pastries and a good selection of organic juices. Plus, the location is super convenient, just a short stroll to shopping places. They even have a fantastic spa with wellness facilities.

missingWrote a review on Jul 20small refrigerator
One downside was the small refrigerator in the room. it hardly held more than a few snacks and drinks, which might be limiting for longer stays. Additionally, I encountered a rather focused security check that felt a bit excessive. The air conditioning seemed to aim directly at the bed, which could be uncomfortable for some guests. A little too cold for my liking when trying to catch some sleep.

Family with children getaway
Got a great assist from a guy named Raied Alzahrani, he went out of his way to fix it and made me feel like I was in a really high-end place even though I booked something less.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable for what I got.

I recently stayed at Wa in Jeddah for a couple of nights and overall, it was a great experience. The check-in was seamless thanks to the welcoming staff. My room, the Standard King Room, was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The amenities in the room, like the mini-bar and tea facilities, added a nice touch. I particularly enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. the soundproofing worked well. The staff members were incredibly friendly, making me feel right at home. Dining options were good, but they could add more variety to the menu. Now, on the downside, the reception staff had mixed attitudes. While most were professional, one lady had an unwelcoming demeanor that stood out in an otherwise pleasant environment. It affected my first impression, but thankfully, others stepped up to help me out. Overall, I would return for the hospitality and comfort. Just hope for friendlier faces at the front desk next time.
